I started this site in about March 2003, then returned to it in October. The incentive for its creation was my OU U316 university project, but I got fascinated by the topic and created this site as a "hobby site".
It is in development-mode, and I expect to work on it throughout October 2003. By end-October 2003 I expect the site to be "presentable".

Thereafter, I plan to update it when I find newly published results, new information - or have comments, corrections and contributions mailed to me :-)
